Typhoon Lagoon Title/Paper Piecing

This is a title/paper piecing for Typhoon Lagoon at Walt Disney World. Miss Tilly is the shrimp boat perched on the top of Mount Mayday.

I designed this to look like the life preserver from the boat. All base cuts were by hand. Letters were cut from the Cuttin' Up cart on the basic setting. All paper is Bazzill.

Winter Summerland Mini Golf Mini Kit

This was a really fun kit to make. Winter Summerland Mini Golf is supposedly where Santa's elves go for vacation so the theming is a mix of snow and sand. Many of the decorations are winter themed whether you play the sand or snow side. I had so much fun mixing the two themes.

The snow paper is by Pressed Petals and all cardstock is Bazzill. The title letters were cut with the Cuttin' Up cart on Serif. The sun, palm tree and sand castle were cut with Doodlecharms and the glitter on the peppermint/beach ball is Xmas Red Stickles. The round red slide frame is wrapped with white ribbon and was designed to look like a peppermint candy float.

New Orleans Square Title/Paper Piecing, Journal Box and Deco Squares

It's a Small World might be my favorite ride at Disneyland but New Orleans Square is, by far, my favorite land. I take so many photos of NOS that I always need more stuff for my pages. I decided to do a combo title/paper piecing. I chose to create a lamppost from Bazzill and make my signs as the title. Since I journal like I talk (read: alot), I decided to make a really large journal box that could also be used as a small photo mat and two deco squares. Background paper on all three is royal purple Bazzill with green and gold embellishments.

Paradise Pier Title and Slide Mounts

This is a set of elements I made for Paradise Pier at Disney's California Adventure. The slide frames are covered with random paper I had in my stash. The mini California Screamin' and all of the paper on the title are Bazzill. The title is embellished with chalk ink, Gold Stickles and letters cut from the Cuttin' Up cart on Serif. I used the chalk ink to try for a sand and sea weathered effect on the title but I'm not sure if I achieved that. The cotton candy is cotton colored with chalk. The cone is a small piece of rolled Bazzill. These were my first-ever slide frames and I LOVE how they turned out.
